Returns Policy

If for any reason your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, you’re welcome to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a complete refund or an exchange, given that the item remains unopened and in a condition suitable for resale.

For a successful return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The return or exchange request should be initiated within 30 days of receipt,

All products must be sent back in their original packaging and state.

All labels and packaging should be intact for us to process a return.

No return will be processed without prior written consent from Jimystomre.

We at Jimystomre reserve the right to deny any return that does not comply with our guidelines.

Process of Returns If you wish to request a return or exchange, simply get in touch with us. We’ll revert with the result of your request and the address of our warehouse. All you have to do is send it back to our returns address, and we’ll manage the rest. Please note that customers will need to cover return shipping costs.

We kindly request that you share the tracking number of the returned parcel in your correspondence so we can keep an eye on its journey. We appreciate your patience as we wait for the returned item to reach us.

Upon receiving your shipment, we will promptly initiate the refund process. The amount will be refunded via the original payment method. During this process, we will stay in touch via email and notify you in case we come across any issues.

Refund Payment

Upon receiving your returned item, we aim to process your refund within three working days. Please note that aside from the product cost, the shipping fee will not be included in the refund. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been successfully processed. Refunds made to credit cards take about three to ten business days to process, depending on your bank. If your refund is through credit card, make sure to monitor your account statements and documentation. If you can’t find any trace of the refund, we recommend contacting your bank to check the status of your refund. For purchases made via PayPal, refunds will be processed by PayPal and credited to the original account within one to two business days. International Policies Please note that Jimystomre is not responsible for any Customs and Duty taxes or return shipping costs that may apply on approved returned items.
