What does shipping cost?
Enjoy complimentary shipping when your order exceeds $100! (8-15Days)
STANDARD SHIPPING RATE: $6.99 (7-15Days)
When your shopping basket totals more than $100, we cover the shipping for you. Additionally, we offer several express shipping options, although bear in mind that you may need to cover the courier fees if you select these services.
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Currently, due to high demand, delivery times range between 8 to 15 business days. We genuinely apologize if this causes any inconvenience.
International shipping can sometimes be delayed by customs inspections and local handling times, so your patience is greatly appreciated.
When will my order be shipped after I’ve placed it?
Typically, we dispatch orders within 48 hours from one of our local distribution centers. However, orders placed over the weekend will likely be processed the following Monday. If you’re hoping for next-day delivery, please consider this.
Orders placed before 4 pm PT on a weekday are shipped the same day. If your order is placed by 4 pm local time on a Monday, you can expect it to be processed and shipped within the next 48 hours.
Who is responsible for shipping my order?
Your order will be shipped via USPS, FedEx, or another carrier of your choice. In case of any production or shipping delays due to high demand, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We also offer express shipping options at an additional fee.
Can I track my order?
You can expect an update on the status of your order in your email inbox within 48 hours. If you don’t find it, check your spam folder. If the email is still missing, please contact us at contact@jimystomre.com.

Please note that we cannot take responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. We highly recommend shipping to a secure address.
For the security of your package during delivery, we suggest providing a physical address instead of a P.O. Box or parcel locker.
